Terms of Service
Synez Optimizations — please read before booking.
Service Scope
You are paying strictly for the time, labor, and expertise of the Synez Optimizations team. The service is performed manually and is specific to your hardware and configuration.
No Cheating Support
Synez Optimizations does not support cheating, exploits, hacks, or unfair gameplay in any game. While cheats may technically function on the OS, we do not assist with installing, configuring, recommending, or troubleshooting cheats or spoofers (cheating bypasses) of any kind.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once the service has been provided — optimization, OS install, consultation, or remote session — no refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstance. You are paying for our time.
Support
Free support is provided indefinitely for the optimizations and services we apply. If you experience a crash or error caused directly by something we did, it is fixed at no charge. However, we are not responsible for — nor do we provide free support for — any changes, software, configurations, or actions performed by the user after the service. We do not reapply optimizations for free. A checkup service is available for situations where something needs to be fixed or optimizations need to be reapplied.
Customer Discount
A 20% discount is available to any returning customer — the person who received the service, not necessarily the person who paid. This discount may be applied to future optimizations, including on a new PC. It is non-transferable and can only be used by that same customer.
Behavior and Conduct
Harassment, entitlement, or threats directed at Synez, Chaz, or Mark during or after the service will result in immediate termination of support and Discord access.
